This is a two-sided election pamphlet for candidates on the list of PLP Union Belgians (UB) , training of mid-1970 of ultra right-wing, liberal and nationalist Belgium. The UB was established in Brussels, particularly in Schaerbeek. The UB was presented to the municipal elections of October 10, 1976, only in Schaerbeek (his fee) and the laws of 17 April 1977 (the House and Senate) in the electoral district Brussels-Halle-Vilvoorde.
